FAQ: I am getting married in Italy, will you be my interpreter?

Question: Good afternoon, I’m hoping you may be able to assist. My partner and I are eloping to Positano town hall from Australia for our civil wedding ceremony in Italy and we need an Italian interpreter. We have a wedding planner who has organised all of the paperwork for us, however we still require an interpreter for the wedding day.

Answer: Nice to e-meet you and I wish you all the best with your wedding plan!  Positano is lovely, I confirm my availability. My interpreting service for the wedding day in Positano shall include the transfer fee to and from Rome.

You can reserve my interpeting service for the civil wedding ceremony in Italy by paying the full amount in advance by wire transfer or PayPal. As I will issue an invoice for you, I need your full name, address, and tax identification number.

Please ask your wedding planner whether you need an interpreter also when signing papers at the Anagrafe del Comune (Registry Office), usually a couple of days before the marriage ceremony.

Should you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Best regards,
