Interpreter with Audio System for a Wedding in Tuscany

It was a really multicultural wedding the one that took place in Tuscany last week. A Jewish wedding, this time. My first celebration partly in Hebrew, partly in English, partly in Brazilian Portuguese. Of course, they needed an interpreter, but this time they asked me for an audio system for simultaneous interpreting as well.

This kind of system is called bidule, or radio tour guide system, and it’s very flexible for meetings and ceremonies on the go, like in field surveys and inspections or, as it was the case, in marriages, where the people who take part in the event are moving from one hall to the other and the interpreter needs to follow them close by.

My audio system allows for a group of up to 20 people to receive simultaneous interpretation from one language to the other directly in their earphones, while they are free to move around the event venue.

The languages I offer for simultaneous interpreting are Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French. Please feel free to contact me for further information.
