Official translation of a French diploma in Rome

FAQ: I need to present my translated diploma to the Italian embassy in Paris in order to get my masters diploma that I’m doing right now in Rome. I would like to know the price of the translation and if you know if I need another documents in addition to translate.

Translator’s answer: Dear Client, I can provide you with a sworn translation of your diploma at the Court of Rome.

However, I do not know which other documents you might need to submit, you should ask the same authority that is requesting the documents from you. Please ask the Embassy if they need the document to be apostilled before being translated into Itailan.

Once you have all the information, we can proceed.

If an apostille is required, the French authorities should put it on the document. It is not something that I can do here in Rome.

So, I advise you to double check with the Embassy, just to be sure.

You should also ask if they need the sworn translation to be attached to the original document or if the printed copy is enough.

If you are located in Rome and you need to give me the original diploma, we can fix an appointment for you to bring the original document and the revenue stamp to my address in via dell’Assunzione 65 (metro Battistini), where you can also pick it up after translation.

As an alternative, we can meet at the Court of Rome (metro Lepanto) on the day of the oath.
